"Good deals most of the time"
I shop on watsons.com often, mostly when they’re running promos. The prices are usually better than in-store, especially for things like shampoo, skincare, and vitamins. Some items aren’t always the cheapest though, so I still really compare prices a bit before checking out.
Delivery was fine overall, and the value is good if you buy enough to get free shipping. I’d give it 4 stars because some discounts look better than they really are, but overall it’s still worth using.

"Felt dumb for trusting this order process"
I placed an order on watsons.com the whole thing was such a mess. The site was loading painfully slow, and when I got to the payment page, it froze on me, so I had to start all over again like I had nothing better to do.

After I finally managed to place the order, there wasn’t even a clear update right away, which just made me more annoyed. I actually felt stupid for trusting them to make a simple online order easy, because this was way more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Wish I’d contacted support sooner"
I had an issue and put off reaching out longer than I should have. Support got back to me really quickly and helped get it sorted well enough. Kind of wish I hadn’t wasted time trying to figure it out on my own first.

"Got my order from watsons.com and overall..."
Got my order from watsons.com and overall it was fine. The outside box was a little dented, which made me worry for a second, but everything inside was actually packed really well. Lots of bubble wrap, nothing leaked, nothing broke, so that was a relief. Delivery was okay too, not super fast but no big issue. I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because the outer box could’ve been sturdier, but the items themselves arrived safely

"Pretty good pharmacy experience, honestly"
I ordered my medicine from Watsons and picked it up in store, it went smoothly. The staff helped me right away and were nice about it, so I don’t really get why people make such a big deal about the service. The only annoying part was the queue, which took a little longer than I expected, but that’s not exactly the staff’s fault. Overall, I’d still say it was good service

"Got a couple of wrong items"
I ordered 5 items from Watsons, but 2 of them weren’t the ones I actually picked. Customer service also took a while to get back to me. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it was annoying since I really needed those exact items, if that makes sense.

"Am I missing something, or is the makeup selection limited?"
I’m not sure if I just looked at the wrong time, but the makeup selection felt basic to me. There were lots of everyday items, but I had a hard time finding the brands I actually like. Am I missing something, or is there just not much variety?

I tried to exchange my order, but dealing with customer service felt like begging for help. They kept passing me around without actually solving anything, and after a while I just started feeling really resentful about the whole experience.

I’ve actually been getting some real savings from the loyalty points, which is nice. I just wish the rewards would update a little more often because that would make it feel even more worthwhile, you know?

The staff were really nice and helped me find what I was looking for, it was just a bit busy so I had to wait at the cashier for a little while, but overall the service was good and I’d shop there again.

"I thought store pickup would be..."
I thought store pickup would be quick and easy, but I ended up waiting forever. The weird part is, the staff seemed totally unable to find my order even though it was supposed to be ready. Not exactly convenient

"Vouchers could be easier to use"
I do like shopping at Watsons, to be fair, and I’ve had good experiences with the products. But the vouchers can be annoying. Sometimes they show up in my account, then when I get to checkout they won’t apply, or the terms only become clear right at the end. I spent a bunch of time trying different codes and still ended up paying full price. The app also feels a bit slow when I’m checking deals. It’s not terrible, but the coupon system definitely needs some work

I stopped in recently and they had pretty much everything I was looking for, so I was happy with it. Based on my last visit, the stock seemed solid and the store was good enough for a quick trip.

"It Got Fixed, But Only After I Kept Chasing"
I had a problem with my order and contacted them pretty much straight away, thinking it would be a quick fix. At first, though, the replies I got felt really generic, like nobody had actually looked into what I was saying. I kept having to follow up and explain the issue again, which got frustrating after a while. Eventually, someone did sort it out and I received a refund, so I’m glad it was resolved in the end. But it took more effort than it should have, and the whole process could definitely be made smoother.

"Refund still not sorted after weeks"
I’ve been waiting weeks for my refund and it still hasn’t come through. Every time I contact support, they just say they’ll “check on it,” but nothing actually happens. At this point it’s gone beyond annoying, and I’m having to escalate the complaint because I’m getting nowhere with the normal support process

"I used Watsons to refill a prescription..."
I used Watsons to refill a prescription and it was mostly fine, just a bit slower than I expected. The order went through okay, but the status updates didn’t really tell me much, so I ended up checking with support once to make sure everything was still moving. I did get my meds in the end, so no major issue there. I just wish the whole process was clearer. Weirdly, I remember being on hold while staring at a tiny scratch on my kitchen table the whole time.

"App is so annoying to use"
Using the Watsons app has been annoying for me. It keeps lagging, and a couple of times it just closed by itself while I was adding things to my cart.

Logging in was also such a hassle. I had to try a few times, the OTP took forever to arrive, and then after all that, my cart was suddenly gone. It really makes you wonder why it does that.

I only wanted to place a quick order, but I ended up wasting so much time instead. The website isn’t exactly great either, but the app feels worse for me.

I was a bit disappointed when I got to checkout and saw the shipping cost. It felt way too expensive compared to what I was ordering, and it made me second-guess the purchase. I get that shipping isn’t free for businesses, but as a customer, it kind of takes the excitement out of buying when the fee feels that high.

"Some products are good, but it really depends on what you get"
I’ve bought a few things from here, my experience has been a bit mixed. Some of the products were actually really nice and felt like decent quality, so I was happy with those. But there were also a couple of items that just felt kind of average, especially when you think about the price. I wouldn’t say anything was terrible or not worth trying, but I also wouldn’t expect every single thing to be amazing. Overall, it’s not bad, just one of those places where you might have a great experience with some products and feel a little underwhelmed by others
